When You Arrive...
Guests are welcome to use Magill Library (the main library) from opening until 11pm. When you arrive, we ask that you sign in, and how to do so varies with the time of day:
- From opening to 6pm, please sign the guest book at the welcome desk near the front door.
- From 6pm to 11pm, please present valid photo ID at the front service desk and sign the guest log book.
Guests wishing to use Quaker & Special Collections, which is located in Magill Library, do not need to sign in as they enter Magill Library—you will register in Special Collections instead.
Using Library Materials
Although guests may not borrow library materials, you are welcome to use them in the library.
Computing & Wireless Internet
Public computers are available for guests to use. To find out more, please visit the Technology page.
Wireless is available in most places in the Libraries. For more information on how to connect, please visit IITS's webpage about connecting to guest wireless.
Printing & Copying
Guests are welcome to print and copy in black & white.
- Printing is 10¢ per page, and reimbursements can be made at any front desk.
- Copying is 15¢ for letter and legal size (8.5"x11" and 8.5"x14", respectively) and 30¢ for ledger (11"x17"). Photocopiers accept coins and small bills ($1 or $5).
