Chamber Music Semester Check-Out

Upon application, the Music Library will extend the loan length to a full semester for chamber music scores and/or parts to students who are enrolled in Music 215 Chamber Music.

Submit this form after checking out the item for its regular 28 days.

Please note that any materials checked-out under this privilege are subject to the Library's recall policies (i.e., materials are recallable immediately for course reserve and after two weeks for another patron).
